The CN Tower (Distance from us: 2.47 miles)
Travel up the glass elevator to the 1,122 foot glass floored outdoor observation deck for a bird's eye view of the city or make a reservation at the tower's top floor restaurant.On a clear day, visitors to the CN Tower's observation deck can see over 160 kilometers (100 miles) -- that's all the way to Niagara Falls and across Lake Ontario to New York State. The 360 Restaurant makes a complete rotation every 72 minutes giving diners a changing view of Toronto more than 1,000 feet below. The glass floor has been specifically designed for you to have fun on. With a view 1,122 feet straight down, even those not afraid of heights might need a little help.

Eaton Centre (Distance from us: 1 mile)
The Eaton Centre is a bright and airy shopping mall in the heart of Toronto's downtown that houses more than 250 stores. The stores will appeal to the budget conscious and spendthrifts alike.

Toronto Islands (Ferry Port: Distance from us 1.9 miles)
Escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Toronto to lakeside charm. Toronto Islands are a series of small islands that comprise the largest urban car-free community in North America. The islands offer a place for recreation and relaxation and feature an amusement park, recreation areas, beaches, a yacht club, artist studios, restaurants and amazing views of the city.

Toronto Islands are a 10 minute, $6 ferry ride from the Port.

The Distillery District (Distance from us: 0.3 miles)
The Distillery Historic District is a great place to spend a few hours. This pedestrian-only village is set amidst fabulous heritage architecture and is devoted to promoting arts and culture. The area also features a wellness centre, plenty of cafés, restaurants and pubs.

Yorkville District (Distance from us:  2.5 miles)
Yorkville is a delightful anomaly in the midst of Toronto highrises and shopping malls.
Tucked into a pocket of downtown, the quaint Victorian architecture in Yorkville houses dozens of restaurants, boutiques and art galleries. The dining and shopping is upscale and the galleries represent some of the finest Canadian and international artists. Many celebrities have been spotted strolling the sidewalks of Yorkville, especially during the Toronto International Film Festival.

Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) (Distance from us: 0.5 miles)
The AGO houses an impressive collection of more than 40,000 works, making it the 10th largest art museum in North America. The AGO is a superb document of Canadian art heritage but also features masterworks from around the world, spanning 100 AD to the present.

Royal Ontario Museum(ROM) (Distance from us: 2.84 miles)
With more than 40 galleries of art, archaeology and natural science, the ROM offers up a world of interest and fun. The diverse ROM galleries feature one of the world's finest collections of artifacts from China, a more than six-storey tall totem pole and much more.

Niagara Falls (Distance from us: 80 miles)
While you are here you should also take time to visit Niagara Falls and experience the breath taking beauty. About 12,000 years ago, Niagara Falls was 7 miles downstream from its present location. Until the early 1950s, the Falls eroded at the average rate of one metre (3 feet) per year. Since then, major water diversions have spread out the flow more evenly, slowing the rate of erosion. The Canadian Falls are approximately 52 metres(170 ft) high and the depth of the river at the base of the falls is actually higher than the falls itself, being estimated at 56 metres (184 ft). The Falls are currently situated 80 miles South of Toronto.

Niagara Wine Region (Distance from us: 80 miles)
While you are here why not try and spend some time exploring the wonderful Wine Region of Niagara. These wineries produce fantastic wines, including the renowned Ice Wine and they also have award winning restaurants and beautiful vistas.

Also the delightful town of Niagra On The Lake is well worth a visit. Besides having the reputation as one of the prettiest towns in Canada, Niagara-on-the-Lake is also one of the most fascinating historically. Situated 80 miles south of Toronto and 13 miles East of Niagra Falls, Niagra On The Lake has retained its 19th century charm and is a wonderful place to explore with several Hotels and B&B’s of its own.

Coach trips can be arranged to visit these attractions and you will be there and back in the same day.

Alternatively, you may wish to drive there and stay overnight.
