Policy
Deposit

A deposit to the value of one nights accommodation will be required at the time of booking. Remaining accommodation will be charged at the time of arrival.

Check-In: Is between 3pm and 7pm ( If you will be arriving after 7pm just let us know).

Check-Out: Is at 11.30 am

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made prior to 7 days before check in time, the deposit may be carried forward to another booking within three months of the original booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check in will be charged at the full amount. Those made between 48 hours and 7 days before check in will be charged at 50% of the full amount unless the room can be re-let.

Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere within the house. However, you may step into the garden if you wish to enjoy a quiet smoke.

Please ensure that you have a credit card and a piece of photo ID (passport or driver’s license with photo) available at check in time.
